[01] MINIMUMS
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our screen printing tier starts at 24 units per artwork design. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing supports smaller sample runs starting at 12 units.
[02] TIMELINES
What is the standard production turnaround?
Standard shop turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after digital mock approval. Rush options of 3 to 5 business days are available upon request.
[03] ARTWORK
What artwork file formats do you accept?
We require vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) with outlined fonts, or high-resolution raster files (.PSD, .PNG) at 300 DPI scaled to actual print dimensions.
[04] APPAREL
Can I mix garment styles and sizes?
Yes. You can split sizes and shirt colors freely within a run as long as the graphic artwork and print ink colors remain identical.
[05] COLOR MATCHING
Do you offer exact Pantone color matching?
We custom mix plastisol and water-based inks to match exact Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) codes, ensuring precision brand alignment across apparel.
[06] SHIPPING
How are bulk orders packed and shipped?
Orders are folded, bundled by size, and shipped via tracked courier ground or freight. Individual poly-bagging and custom tagging are available.
